Prior to joining Audubon Enterprises in March of 2017, Mr. Perrow held a variety of positions with local real estate developers. He brings to the position significant career experience in affordable housing development.
He was the Director of Development with New Market Investors, Inc., a Vienna, Virginia based management and development company where he was responsible for re-development and re-syndication of certain properties within the firm’s portfolio.
In 2010, Mr. Perrow joined the Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) as a Real Estate Project Manager and became Director of Real Estate Development in January 2012. He was responsible for negotiating project financing and overseeing the rehabilitation and development of new-construction APAH-sponsored real estate ventures.
Prior to APAH he spent 13 years at the Washington, DC, office of Denver-based AIMCO, where he was responsible for tax credit redevelopment, project finance, equity placement, and asset management. Prior to AIMCO, Mr. Perrow was a Senior Finance Manager with Realty Investment Company in Silver Spring where he was responsible for all aspects of project finance and was an Assistant Controller with the Charles E. Smith Companies in Crystal City. He started his real estate career with Reznick, Fedder and Silverman where he earned his CPA certification and license.
Mr. Perrow received a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minor in economics from James Madison University.
