Mr. Bishop co-founded Audubon Enterprises in 2012 to expand and improve the supply of affordable housing opportunities to households of modest means. Since then, Audubon has expanded to multiple jurisdictions and closed dozens of municipally supported transactions, including over $288MM since 2016.
Prior to founding Audubon Enterprises in June 2012, Mr. Bishop served as Vice President of Finance at Dantes Partners and was responsible for evaluating all investment decisions for the firm and its clients. He led negotiation on Dantes’ large scale development projects, structured development financing and managed all aspects of the development process, from conceptual design, entitlement procurement, construction and lease up. In his time at Dantes from 2008 to 2012, Mr. Bishop closed over $160MM worth of development financing in Washington, D.C. Mr. Bishop has focused on financing commercial and multifamily real estate during his thirteen (13) year career, mostly with a focus on public-private partnerships. Prior to joining Dantes Partners, Mr. Bishop closed over $900,000,000 in CRE financing at Wells Fargo and Walker and Dunlop.
